Defining Our Company Culture
During the inception of Chacka Marketing in 2009, we collaborated about the type of company in which we wanted to be. Internally, we wanted to be committed and success driven but always maintaining a light hearted and fun workplace. Our management team agreed that there would be large obstacles to overcome but with long hours of preparation and dedication we knew that our goals could be realistically exceeded.
As Chacka agreed to terms with its first client, an initial business contract was drafted. The execution of this contract rested solely on the signature of both parties. The ink filled instrument that Chacka used to sign this agreement was like no other. It was definitely not your typical contract signing pen. It was blue and nearly a foot long. It had the thickness of a billiards cue and resting atop this pen was a foam hand with its index finger raised exclaiming “Number 1.” It was the type of toy that could be won with an exuberant amount of tickets at an arcade. First glance of it has made many people laugh as well as had them commend Chacka for the silly antics. Nontheless, it has played an intricate part in our early business foundation.
We have maintained a serious approach with all of our business relationships so far. We feel like we continue to represent a viable online solution for many businesses that scratch their heads with SEM. As online marketing as a whole continues to evolve, we’re staying right there with it and keeping our eyes open. We’ve grown exponentially in this short time and don’t expect that to stop. Chacka also maintains that our work shouldn’t always be too full of stress. Our “Number 1” pen has helped us with that so far and we all laugh every time it gets used. It has signed all new business opportunities that Chacka has acquired. And at Chacka, we don’t think that Chacka or this pen will ever run out of ink! Boom Chacka Lacka!!!!
