Sr. Director, Strategy
Shane Ragiel is the Senior Director of Strategy at Chacka Marketing. In this role, he has assisted in leading strategy and media for all clients. Most recently driving digital tactics for our client, Womply, which reached ‘Unicorn Status,’ for being a private company with a valuation over $1 billion. Beyond this achievement, Shane has successfully navigated the ever-changing digital landscape with his clients, being amongst the first to advertise on Instagram, supporting Meta (Facebook) in beta testing ad units, and supporting client partners through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency changes. His expertise in digital strategy has led to him being featured in publications like AdWeek’s Social Pro Daily, EContent Magazine, and Luxury Daily.
He previously served as Chacka’s Director of Social, developing the company’s paid social practice from the ground up. This eventually evolved to include programmatic media from digital display, video, podcast, and emerging/new media. In his many roles, he has helped to grow and drive results for programs of all sizes, from startups to established brands in the Fortune 500, including longstanding relationships with Shutterfly and Harvard Business Review.
Before Chacka, he worked for a full-service creative agency where he focused on social media content creation and community management. Shane holds a BA in Advertising at the University of South Florida’s Zimmerman School of Advertising.
