Paid Social Specialist

Chacka Marketing is seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Paid Social Media Specialist.

The Specialist is an integral part of the client success team and is ultimately the proprietor of his/her book of accounts and responsible for the ongoing management, growth and success of those accounts. This position’s primary focus is on data analysis and execution with an opportunity to work on more advanced paid social campaign responsibilities, as well as in related media such as Display.

A successful Specialist will be revenue-minded, have an entrepreneurial mindset and be passionate about our client partners’ success.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Execute Campaigns: 
    • Oversee paid social campaigns across client accounts, ensuring comprehensive success under the guidance of Paid Media Directors. 
  • Develop Comprehensive Campaigns: 
    • Identify and refine audiences to align with campaign objectives. 
    • Traffic campaigns and manage creative refreshes to maintain engagement. 
    • Execute and analyze testing strategies, such as creative, ad copy, landing pages, bid strategies, and geo-targeting. 
  • Budget Monitoring: 
    • Monitor client budgets, adjusting bids and strategies to achieve defined goals and objectives. 
    • Experience with managing larger ad budgets is a plus. 
  • Campaign Analysis and Optimization: 
    • Perform regular and ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and uncover opportunities for optimization. 
    • Stay alert to industry trends, competitor activity, and client-related updates to keep strategies innovative and competitive. 
  • Collaboration and Client Engagement: 
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader client goals. 
    • Maintain strong client-facing skills, demonstrating a deep understanding of the paid social landscape. 
  • Reporting and Reviews: 
    • Prepare and contribute to Business Reviews, with the goal of independently compiling these reports over time. 


Experience
: 

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, focusing on paid social platforms. 


Technical Proficiency
: 

  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and platforms like Pinterest Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn. 
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for client presentations. 


Skills
: 

  • Strong analytical mindset to identify trends and deliver actionable insights. 
  • Advanced quantitative and reporting abilities. 
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills. 
  • Strategic and creative problem-solving abilities. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on concise, professional messaging.

: 

  • Confidence in client communication via calls or in-person meetings. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. 


Mindset and Personality
: 

  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Certifications
: 

  • Facebook’s Blueprint certification is a plus.

  • Testing Frameworks: Ability to develop and execute creative testing roadmaps for performance optimization.

  • Budgeting Skills: Precision in managing budgets, pacing spend effectively, and reallocating funds as needed.
