Chacka Marketing is seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Paid Social Media Specialist, reporting to the Paid Social Channel Lead.
The Specialist is an integral part of the client success team and is ultimately the proprietor of his/her book of accounts and responsible for the ongoing management, growth and success of those accounts. This position’s primary focus is on data analysis and execution with an opportunity to work on more advanced paid social campaign responsibilities, as well as in related media such as Display.

-Responsible for the management and execution of paid social campaigns for client accounts from top to bottom under the supervision of the Paid Social Channel Lead
-Develop comprehensive campaigns including identifying audiences, trafficking campaigns, performing creative refreshes, and executing tests
-Monitoring client budgets and adjusting bids and budgets to achieve client-defined goals and objectives
-Ad hoc analysis for client accounts
-Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the paid social channel, and hone existing client facing skills
-Develop and demonstrate an understanding of each client’s business in order to customize social marketing strategy plans
-Demonstrate proficiency and technical skills in Excel, Facebook’s Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, and 3rd party tools like Kenshoo Social and Google Marketing Platform
-Monitor client, competitor, and industry changes
-Acting on brand policing recommendations from 3rd party monitoring tools
-Execute, iterate and analyze testing (ad copy, landing page, bid, Geo, etc.)
-Compile data needed for QBRs and eventually compile entire QBRs unassisted
-Stay current on industry news
-1-2 years’ experience in digital advertising
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business or related field
-Must be results-driven, enjoy problem-solving and passionate about being challenged
-Possess and demonstrate the ability to think analytically
-Strong quantitative analysis and reporting skills
-Demonstrated proficiency in Facebook’s Ads Manager
-Solid proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for in-depth analysis, client-facing reports, and presentations
-Ability to prioritize and strategize based on company and client goals
-Strong project management and multi-tasking skills are a must
-Strong desire and ability to think creatively, solve problems, and use professional judgment
-Exemplary written and oral communication skills
-Strong time management skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ability to handle changing priorities and work calmly under pressure
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Maintain a positive attitude at all times
-Comfortable communicating on phone calls or in-person meetings with client partners and peers
-Facebook’s Blueprint certification a plus
